Our store is located in  6611 Chimney Rock Rd Ste 10 Houston, Texas 77081. However, even though we are headquartered in Houston, we serve customers all across the United States and internationally.

How Can I Get An Estimated Shipping Cost For My Order?

Regular USPS 3-6 day shipping is included in the price for US deliveries. You can also quote USPS express shipping for your order at time of purchase.

What Is Your Return And Refund Policy?

All sales are final and due to health and security purposes, all topical gels are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Gels series are considered undergarments so therefore for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any of our Gels, Fajas (Shapewear) or any other Clothing. No Refunds. Please refer to the sizing chart and read carefully the instructions (which is located within each product page) when placing your order to ensure you receive the correct size. We simply ask that when you receive an order, you try it on OVER panties or undergarments. We are unable to exchange worn items for hygienic reasons. Items worn for longer than 5-10 minutes are considered worn and cannot be exchanged.  No Refunds. Please refer to our Return & Exchanges section on our website to learn about the requirements for exchanges and return packaging.

How Do I Know When My Order Has Shipped?

All order process within 1 to 3 business day. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Please check your junk mail for this email. You can also log onto your account and track it.

When Will I Receive My Order?

USPS regular shipping for United States is 3-6 business days from the moment you receive an email stating that your order has been shipped. Express shipping can take 2-3 business days from the moment you receive an email stating that your order has been shipped. USPS international shipping is 15 – 25 business days from the moment you receive an email stating that your order has been shipped.

Can You Ship Internationally?

Yes, you can quote international USPS shipping for your order at time of purchase.

How long will it take my shipment to reach my customer?

All imported goods are subject to customs clearance in every country. When you purchase from Luxo Boutique, the goods are sent from USA. Therefore, you are importing and you are the importer responsible for the goods when the goods pass through customs in your destination country. According to our general terms and conditions, you are free to purchase anything from our website and we will fulfill your order, but it remains your total responsibility to find out in advance if the products are permissible to import into your destination country, and if so what clearance requirements, taxes, policies etc. apply in that country. Luxo Boutique cannot and will not offer advice or pre-shipment information on customs issues in any regard.
